Tysa Fennern
Tysa has a decade of experience working with over a half-dozen different learning and content management systems. Her specialty is in developing efficient processes and technical documentation. She brings with her a rich understanding of best practices in online learning, community management and customer engagement. Before coming to Clarity Innovations, Tysa worked with education and technology focused groups in Oregon assisting with systems development by translating education end-user interactions and requests into technical requirements for development teams. She also worked with a regional healthcare provider to roll out their Learning Management System initiative to over 1500 employees in more than 50 locations nationwide.
Highlights
Tysa supports our projects through implementation and is primarily responsible for coordinating the workflow, documentation, and QA of deliverables for our clients and internal community management tools. She is a "janet of all trades", with a background in project management, systems analysis, online resource development and supporting technology integration initiatives. She works behind the scenes as the Clarity marketing maven and community cheerleader supporting internal documentation and communications as well as organizing and promoting Clarity activities and team-building events.
Education
Tysa received a Bachelor of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University in Florida. She is an avid life-long learner engaged in on-going community and professional development inspired by keeping her finger on the pulse of top social trends, tools, and tactics.
