Jon leads all aspects of Clarity's technology infrastructure, from AWS cloud services and cybersecurity to staff systems and SaaS platform management. His comprehensive approach to technology leadership empowers our team to collaborate effectively, scale efficiently, and stay ahead of emerging trends. Beyond maintaining our internal systems, Jon provides strategic technology guidance to clients on system design, security practices, and cloud infrastructure optimization.

With nearly three decades of experience in education technology infrastructure, Jon brings deep expertise to complex technical challenges and creative problem-solving. He seamlessly balances multiple roles—supporting clients and end users, mentoring team members, overseeing cloud systems, improving technology processes, and spearheading cybersecurity initiatives that keep our operations secure and compliant.
Jon's extensive experience navigating competing priorities and evolving technology landscapes allows him to anticipate needs and deliver positive user experiences. His technical leadership continuously refines company processes while ensuring robust, scalable infrastructure that supports both internal operations and client projects.
In his current role, Jon oversees AWS cloud servers and services, manages staff workstations through our MDM system, and administers our full suite of SaaS platforms. He also leads cybersecurity policy development and compliance initiatives, ensuring Clarity maintains the highest security standards. Additionally, he provides tools and data to support project managers in tracking and reconciling budgets across 40+ active projects while participating in senior leadership decision-making.
