President/CEO Principal for a Day

On Wednesday, February 1, 2006, Clarity Innovations' Thor Prichard will be Principal for a day at Lewis Elementary School. Tim Lauer, Principal of Lewis, returned to education two years ago after a year long sabbatical working with Clarity. Now it's our turn to experience his perspective. The unique program of the Portland Schools Foundation invites business and civic leaders to learn first-hand about the challenges, responsibilities and decisions that principals face daily as leaders in the city's public schools. Clarity Innovations and Lewis Elementary are school-business partners already, having supported pilots of emerging technologies in the classroom for the last two years.
