A reimagined web experience based on careful research and authentic education user personas.
Realizing that the impact and usability of their website was suboptimal, Voyager Sopris Learning (VSL) turned to us to help. Starting with extensive analysis of the needs and behavior of K-12 decision makers and influencers, we crafted a detailed strategy which guided the definition, design, and implementation of their website.
As a result of growth and mergers, the Voyager Sopris Learning website had been developed for years without a clear plan, resulting in inconsistent visual design and a complicated information architecture that neglected usability/flow, offered limited user interaction, and lacked a cohesive content strategy across products and services.
We worked closely with the VSL team to create a web strategy that would multiply the effectiveness of their marketing and sales efforts. This effort defined how the VSL website could be best aligned with sales and marketing objectives, described the website’s audiences, key outcomes, and use cases, clarified how content would be organized, and documented the list of backend functionality and underlying requirements (e.g., performance, reliability, reusability, and data security) necessary for implementation.
We provided everything the VSL team needed to begin building their updated site: A thorough analysis and requirements document, a fully interactive wireframe, and detailed design guidelines and page mockups.
