Challenge

As a well-established educational software company with a leadership position in the classroom management space for many years, Netop looked for guidance on how best to adapt their existing product line to address the increasing use of mobile tablet devices in the classroom. Without a product management team in the U.S. to define and validate product requirements, Netop approached Clarity to help inform product strategy, provide guidance on product requirements, and validate their plans with customer feedback.

Solution

Through a review of existing product plans, Clarity Innovations set about conducting technical research about feature feasibility within the constraints of iOS, as well as a series of customer interviews and site visits to prepare a working demonstration version at the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference, just three months after commencing work.
