Using market strategy to address customer priorities

Developing a digital go-to-market strategy fueled by comprehensive competitive analysis for a sweeping website relaunch

Once we launched the new site, we worked on a market analysis, competitive analysis, digital marketing strategies, and developed a social media plan and implementation—complete with sales and marketing tools, and email campaigns. After launch, we trained The Math Learning Center staff on their new site so that they could truly ‘own’ it.

When initiating the development of the second edition of its flagship Bridges K-5 curriculum, the Math Learning Center found they needed a go-to-market strategy and action plan for their product line. This detailed plan was to include recommendations for increasing awareness about the product, strengthening messaging strategy overall, and distinguishing the product’s attributes from the competition.

We provided a market requirement document, assessed information flow and usability, and developed a go-to-market strategy for their product.

Following the creation of a detailed marketing plan, the Math Learning Center further engaged us to implement several major elements of the program including: redesigning of the main MLC website and migrating it to take advantage of Drupal 7 capabilities; development of a new web-based educator support site; and marketing planning and coordination with a focus on maximizing SEO and implementing a social media campaign focused on K-5 educators.
