Stefanie Hausman

Learning Experience Designer
In June 2021, Stefanie Hausman joined our extended network of alumni.

Stefanie is dedicated to helping educators transform classrooms into 21st century learning environments where all students and teachers can engage in relevant, meaningful, and deep learning experiences augmented by emerging technologies. Stefanie has worn many hats in the field of education and educational technology over the last 25 years ⎼ as an adult education teacher, a middle school classroom teacher, and as a teacher trainer. With her experience and knack for understanding and anticipating educators’ challenges, she guides her team of content developers and instructional designers through all phases of project development to produce high-quality deliverables that exceed the client’s expectations.

Highlights

Stefanie’s strengths as a writer, planner, and implementer have contributed to her successful authorship of over 20 e-learning professional development courses, including self-paced online courses, blended (face-to-face and online) workshops, and game-infused experiences. Using strategies such as design thinking, she facilitates the process of ideation to publication of student and teacher resources, such as an engineering and design curriculum, a project management toolkit, a classroom gardening guide, and unit plans spanning all subject matters, for example. With her communication and collaboration skills, she has managed ongoing content creation and interaction for over 50,000 members of an online community of educators. Stefanie’s passion for education, technology, and change fuel her work at Clarity Innovations.
