Type : Independent Contractor

Scope : up to 300 hours

Duration : ~ 5 months

Deadline : Open until filled

We are working with one of our clients to rapidly secure, stabilize, and scale a legacy system built with the CodeIgniter framework. The chosen contractor is expected to have 5-7 years experience specifically with the CodeIgniter PHP framework. You are expected to be proficient at coding, debugging legacy code, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process. You have working knowledge of mitigating web application security risks, installing, configuring, and maintaining local, development, and production instances of web applications using Apache, MySQL and PHP, and are consistent at documenting code, using git source control, and keeping us informed of your progress. The chosen contractor easily collaborates with our team and shares knowledge and expertise as necessary.
