Featured at this month's MobilePortland will be a panel of experts to speak about the role of mobile technology in education. Thor Prichard of Clarity Innovations will be moderating the interactive discussion with attendees. The event is free and open to anyone interested in technology in education (or mobile devices of course) and takes place at the Portland Incubator Experiment on Monday, August 23rd, at 6pm. Clarity Innovations Attending EdNET

EdNET brings together business and education leaders to provide a forum for generating ideas and solutions to meet the needs of educators at all levels. Thor Prichard (attending on behalf of Clarity Innovations) is also an EdNET Awards judge. The EdNET Industry Awards program was created in 1992 to champion the efforts of progressive organizations helping to revitalize the nation's educational system. The industry conference takes place in Boston, September 25-28, 2010.
Clarity Innovations client ScholarCentric awarded SBIR grant
July 9, 2010The U.S. Department of Education has awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (“SBIR”) grant to ScholarCentric to study and develop an online platform for delivery of its research-based SuccessHighways curriculum. Clarity Innovations contributed to the SBIR grant proposal and will be providing Web engineering on the grant as part of its ongoing collaboration and services provided to ScholarCentric.Read more...

Clarity Innovations now Recycle At Work Certified

In an effort to help our community become more sustainable, the Portland City Council recently adopted a new goal for businesses to recycle 75% of their waste. Having already undertaken a program to emphasize reducing, reusing and recycling, Clarity Innovations has been recognized as Recycle at Work certified by the City of Portland.
