Web Site Development

We provided the Confederation of Oregon School Administrators (“COSA”) a tactical plan for becoming a highly effective professional organization that uses the Web as a communications and collaboration tool for its audience. From this plan, we engineered a new Web site based on the Joomla content management system.

Scope. We engineered an entirely new Web platform based on Joomla. Working with a Web design provided by a member of our extended network, we developed the theme, blocks, menus, and template enhancements to meet the functional requirements. Training and deployment of the Web site into production were included.

Results. We improved the ease of navigation and finding desired materials, as reported by informal surveys. Thanks to the Web platform we developed, their staff is able to quickly and easily publish announcements, resources, and information about their services.
