1. Free Consultation - We conduct an initial free consultation to understand the broad context of your project, its current momentum, and what challenges you face.
2. Needs Assessment - We summarize the findings of our consultation in a Needs Assessment Report that includes any follow up questions and an overview of recommendations.
3. Proposal of Services - We prepare a detailed proposal for services describing the suggested scope and course of action, expected outcomes, proposed schedule, estimated budget and other general terms and conditions.
4. Services Design, Introduction and Metrics - We work closely with you to design a program that works best with your needs and staffing levels. Depending on whether the solution is short-term or long-term, we introduce the new processes or make sure all participants receive immersive instruction. We determine the key measurements for success and then introduce new activities and routines on a staged basis.
5. Process Evaluation, Fine-tuning and Maintenance - On a predetermined schedule, we evaluate the processes, troubleshoot challenges and adjust the model to find the best fit for your organization. We then identify and launch a regular maintenance program to keep new tools and practices working smoothly.
