Stefanie Hausman

Content Developer

Stefanie creates online tools and resources for K-12 teachers and students. For the last two decades, she has had a variety of teaching, teacher training, and curriculum development experiences in the United States and internationally. Most recently, Stefanie has been developing educational content online for teachers and students, focusing on improving science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. Her areas of expertise are in project-based learning and effective use of technology.

Stefanie is passionate about high-quality learning experiences to meet the needs of 21st century learners. As a former middle school teacher in an urban setting, Stefanie understands the constraints and pressures of teachers, but has witnessed the impact of the shift from a teacher-directed to a student-centered, project-based classroom. Her passion for school reform, youth, and technology make her a devoted and influential educator. Stefanie has presented at numerous educational conferences and has facilitated many workshops, providing teachers with tools to change classroom practice. Stefanie holds a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a masters in education from Stanford University.
